Yes people, Jerry Reinsdorf is that cheap. It may be that or John Paxson has a hidden agenda against the Chicago Bulls’. They also tried to lure previous
Michael Jordan was the only reason the Chicago Bulls prospered, after that era no matter how hard they try as long as Jerry Reinsdorf heads this franchise nothing good will come out of it.
Although I’m not closing the windows of opportunity for Vinny Del Negro and the Chicago Bulls, the times have already changed and the quality of players coming into the league has steadily declined since the arrival of the much anticipated LeBron James. The draft class this year maybe filled with potential but we will never really know until the next season starts. “I haven’t coached before. … Winning builds confidence and there’s a young team here that needs a confidence boost, I think. I’m not a magician. I just can’t create things all of a sudden. It’s going to be a daily process. Those are fair questions, I don’t have a problem with that.”
The arrival of Michael Beasley may to some extend have an effect on their upcoming season, however this does not change the fact that rookie mistakes will be made by both the coaching staff and players alike. If Jerry Reinsdorf would once again be willing to wait to rebuild a struggling franchise this is neither the time nor the people to be with.
“Coaching has always been in the back of my mind,” Vinny Del Negro said.
